AI AKADEMIJA
SR

First group · 10 seats · applications open

Set up an AI agent agency in two months and start selling.

You are not here to sit through another course on AI tools. We work 1-on-1 on your agency: you pick the market, define the offer, prepare the sales process and get in front of your first prospects.

The goal is that in 60 days you have a clearly set-up agency, active conversations and a system you know how to run after the program ends.

The call takes 20–30 minutes and does not commit you to paying anything. First we check whether this program fits your situation at all.

  • 1-on-1 work

A mentor beside you at every step.

  • Practical approach

No theory to sit through, only results.

  • Market ready

Meet your first clients with a clear offer.

  • A system that runs

You keep it going on your own afterwards.

Program outcome · what you build in two months

When the program ends, you should have a business ready for the market, not just notes from the calls.

In two months you will not become an expert in every AI tool. That is not the goal. You will have what you need to launch and run your agency.

  1. 01

A chosen market and a clear problem

You pick a market you can realistically reach and a problem that costs a company enough to want it solved.

  2. 02

    An offer the client understands

The offer does not open with an explanation of AI technology. It opens with the business problem, the result, the scope, the timeline and the price.

  3. 03

A way to get the first conversations

You define the companies, contacts, channels and messages you start selling with.

  4. 04

A structure for the sales meeting

You know what to ask, how to spot a serious opportunity and when an offer is not ready to send yet.

  5. 05

An offer, a price and the basis of a contract

You have documents you adapt to a specific client instead of starting from a blank page every time.

  6. 06

    A delivery plan

You know what you do yourself, when you bring in collaborators and how you set realistic expectations with the client.

  7. 07

    An active pipeline

The program does not end with an idea of what you could do. It ends with specific companies, conversations and next sales moves.

Blueprint · a clear order of moves

You do not learn what an agency should look like one day. You build it while the program runs.

The blueprint walks through six things that have to work together.

  1. 01

    Market

You choose an industry you can reach and where you understand how business decisions get made.

  2. 02

    Problem

You find a process that costs the company time, people, mistakes or lost revenue.

  3. 03

    Offer

You turn the problem into a clear solution, price, timeline and scope you can deliver.

  4. 04

    Getting the meeting

You build a company list, choose channels and start conversations with people who have a reason to listen.

  5. 05

    Selling

You uncover the real need, qualify the opportunity, send the offer and run the follow-up without chasing the client at random.

  6. 06

    Delivery

You organise development, communication and maintenance so the first project does not turn into a problem you misjudged.

We do not start from a logo, a website or a list of AI tools. We start from a question: who has the problem, what does it cost them, and why would they talk to you?

A personal note

I will not tell you that launching an agency is easy. It is not.

You will have to pick a direction, reach out to people who do not know you yet, run meetings and hear “no”. You will also have to change the offer when the market shows you missed.

What you do not have to do is spend months assembling the whole process on your own and paying for every beginner's mistake with your time.

That is why we do not talk about imaginary examples on the calls. We look at your market, your message, a specific company, the meeting you ran and the offer you need to send. While there is still something to fix.

The two-month plan

Every phase ends with something you can use right away.

From a direction to open sales opportunities.

  1. 01/Weeks 1 and 2

    We choose a direction

We go through your experience, contacts and the markets you can reach. You pick a starting niche, problem and offer.

By the end of the phase: you know who you are talking to, what you offer and why a company would agree to a conversation.

  2. 02/Weeks 3 and 4

    You go to market

We build the company list, the contact strategy, the messages and the structure of the first meeting. You start contacting the market.

By the end of the phase: you have active outreach and the first responses.

  3. 03/Weeks 5 and 6

    You run real conversations

We analyse replies, meetings and objections. We refine the offer, the price and the project scope.

By the end of the phase: you know where the sales process stalls and what to change.

  4. 04/Weeks 7 and 8

    You work the open opportunities

The focus shifts to follow-up, offers, negotiations, the contract and the delivery plan.

By the end of the phase: you have a system you can keep using without the mentorship.

How we work · 1-on-1 work with weekly implementation

Every call ends with clear next moves.

The program combines individual work with shared implementation. You do not come to the calls to hear a lecture, but with what you have done and the place where you got stuck.

  • Two 1-on-1 sessions a month

We work on your market, offer, open conversations and the decisions specific to your agency.

  • One group call a week

We go through implementation, examples from the group and the obstacles that keep coming up. You get an assignment for the next seven days.

  • Review of messages, offers and sales material

You send them for review before they go to a prospect.

  • Documents you adapt to your business

You get the foundations for outreach, meetings, offers, contracts, onboarding and project tracking.

  • Communication between calls

You ask questions in the private group. Answers arrive within an agreed time, so you know when you can carry on working.

  • Results review

At the end of the first 30 days we look at what has been done, where the process stands and what the priority is for the second month.

The board · six numbers every week

The numbers show where the process stalls.

If you have plenty of contacts but no meetings, we change the message or the company list. If you have meetings but no offers, we fix the qualification and the conversation. If you send offers but get no decisions, we work on value, scope and how you close.

The board starts empty. Our job during the program is to find out what it takes to move each next number.

Who the program is for

It makes sense if you are ready to build a business, not just learn about AI.

We do not accept everyone who applies. Not to manufacture exclusivity, but because 1-on-1 work only makes sense when the candidate has the time, the foundation and the intent to actually carry out what we agree on.

It will be useful if

  • You already have business or technical experience you can lean on.
  • You know an industry or have access to potential clients.
  • You are ready to talk to the market before everything is perfect.
  • You can work regularly between calls.
  • You accept that selling takes follow-up and that you will sometimes hear “no”.
  • You have budget for the program and for the first sales activities.

It is not a good fit if

  • You are looking for a ready-made business.
  • You expect someone to bring you clients.
  • You only want to learn to build AI agents, without selling or working with companies.

Division of responsibility

What you can expect from us, and what stays with you.

Clear expectations from the start.

From us

Structure, an individual assessment, honest feedback, a review of your sales material, documents and help with making decisions.

From you

Doing the agreed assignments, contacting companies, running the conversations, respecting deadlines and taking responsibility for your agency.

We do not bring clients on your behalf, we do not sell under your name and we do not guarantee revenue. The goal is that you build a capability and a system that stay yours when the program ends.

Investment

Two months of work on your agency

€3,000

The first instalment confirms your seat in the group.

  2. 02

€1,500 at the start of the second month

The date of the second instalment is set in the contract in advance.

  3. The price includes the individual sessions, the weekly group calls, the review of sales material, the document library, the private communication group and progress tracking across the two months. No payment before the call and a signed contract.

  4. Apply for a call

Applying

A conversation first. Then a decision on both sides.

Four steps. No payment before the call and a signed contract.

  1. 01

    You fill in the application

You tell us briefly about your experience, market, contacts, budget and the time you can set aside.

  2. 02

    We talk for 20–30 minutes

We go through your situation and your goal. We tell you openly whether the program can help you and what a realistic focus for the two months would be.

  3. 03

You receive an offer and a contract

If we judge that working together makes sense for both sides, you get all the terms in writing.

  4. 04

    You confirm your seat

The seat is reserved once the contract is signed and the first instalment is paid.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do I have to be a developer?

No. You have to understand the business problem, be able to talk to the client and take responsibility for the project. You can do the technical part yourself or organise it with developers and other collaborators.

How much time do I need to set aside?

The calls are only a small part of the program. Most of the time goes into researching the market, contacting companies, meetings, follow-up and offers. If you have no room to work regularly between calls, the program will not deliver the value you expect.

Do I get clients?

You do not get a ready-made list of clients waiting for your offer. You get a system, materials and support to reach the right companies yourself and build a sales process you can keep using.

Do you build the AI agents for me?

No. We help you define the solution, estimate the project scope and organise delivery. The technical development is done by you or your collaborators.

Do you guarantee a first contract?

We do not guarantee revenue or a client's decision. The goal of the program is to get you to a first contract, but the result depends on your work, the market you choose and how prospects respond. What we can control is the quality of the process, the materials and the decisions we work on together.

Can the program be applied to any market?

The working model can, but we do not pick the starting market at random. We look at your experience, contacts, language, budget and how fast you can reach decision-makers.

How much does the program cost?

The program costs €3,000. Payment is split into two instalments of €1,500: the first after the call and signing the contract, the second at the start of the second month.

Why only ten people?

Because every participant gets individual sessions and a review of their own work. We do not increase the number of seats if it would reduce the time and attention we can give each participant.

What if I am not accepted into this group?

If the program fits your situation, you can join the list for the next group. A new group opens only when we can guarantee the same quality of individual work.

Ten seats · Two months · A clear way of working

You do not have to spend more months wondering which niche to pick, what to offer and where to start.

You can come in with the experience and contacts you have today, and spend the next 60 days working in a clear order, with someone who will tell you when something makes sense and when you are just wasting time. If the program is not for you, we will tell you directly. If it is, you will know exactly what the next steps are.
