AI AKADEMIJA

For founders · monthly work

You know twenty things to do. You do one.

Monthly 1-on-1 consulting for founders. Each month we pick the one priority that actually moves the startup, and it gets finished before the next one starts.

We send the price and terms with the offer, after the intro call.

What a month looks like

  • 1-on-1 sessions a month2
  • priority per month1
  • days notice to stop30

No annual contract. No equity.

The filter

Not for every idea

On the intro call we work out which stage you are in and whether your biggest problem is one advice can solve at all. If it is not, we will say so.

It fits if

  • There is a product, or at least something people can try.
  • You work on it regularly, not whenever there is time left over.
  • You know focus is your problem, not a shortage of ideas.
  • You are willing to hear that something is not working, and change it.
  • You can make the call — alone or with a co-founder.

It does not fit if

  • You are looking for an investor, not advice.
  • You expect someone to write a business plan and leave.
  • The startup is a side project with no weekly hours.
  • You want us to build the product for you.
  • You want backing for a decision you have already made.

The signature

Stage first, advice second

The same advice in the wrong stage is wasted time. Find the row that describes where you are — that is what we discuss on the call.

  1. 01

    Before first users

You have an idea, maybe a prototype. Nobody uses it seriously yet.

    Work goes into

    • Exactly who the user is and what their problem is
    • The smallest version worth showing
    • The first ten conversations with real people
    • What would prove the idea wrong
  2. 02

    First users, nothing repeatable

You have users, but they arrive at random and you do not know why they stay.

    Work goes into

    • Why people stay, and why they leave
    • One channel that repeats, not five random ones
    • Pricing and an offer you can say in one sentence
    • The numbers you check every week
  3. 03

    Working, not scaling

Revenue exists and grows, but everything still hangs on you.

    Work goes into

    • What breaks first when volume doubles
    • The first hires and what gets handed over
    • A sales process that runs without the founder
    • Where the time you are missing actually goes

Most founders get the stage wrong — working on scale while the problem is still unsolved. A first call usually spends half its time on exactly that.

Delivery

How we work

A retainer, not a project. Month by month, with one priority in each.

  • Two sessions a month

The first picks the month's priority. The second checks what actually happened.

  • One priority

One thing that moves the startup. The rest waits its turn.

  • A channel for questions

    Between sessions, within agreed windows.

  • Numbers review

The same set of indicators every month, so you can see if anything is moving.

  • Written session summary

What was decided and who does what — so it does not rely on memory.

  • A straight answer

If something is not working you hear it in the session, not a month later.

Boundaries

What it is and what it is not

    Intro call

We set the stage and name the biggest problem actually blocking progress.

One priority, two sessions, a clear conclusion at the end.

Questions

Frequently asked

How much does it cost?

We send the price with the offer, after the intro call. It depends on the stage and the scope of work.

Do you take equity?

No. No equity and no cut of any funding. There is a monthly fee and that is all.

Can you introduce me to investors?

Investor introductions are not part of the offer and we do not promise them. We work on making the startup ready to hold up in that conversation.

What if I am not sure which stage I am in?

That is normal. The intro call usually starts there — half of it goes into setting the stage honestly.

Do you work with co-founders together?

Yes. If decisions are made by two people, both should be in the session.

Do we sign for a year?

No. Month by month, with 30 days notice.

The first call is free.

Thirty minutes. We set the stage and name the biggest problem. If you do not need advice, we will tell you.
